Policy

Refund policy

A key is digital. Nothing is shipped. The sale is final.

What you buy

You buy a key that unlocks the scripts for the time on the plan. It lands on your Discord account as soon as the payment clears. There is nothing to ship and nothing to send back.

Sales are final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. A change of mind, unused time on the plan, a Roblox ban, or the script not matching what you hoped are not reasons for a refund. Any script breaks Roblox's rules, and we say that before you pay.

Chargebacks

Opening a payment dispute without talking to us first can shut off the key. A chargeback is not a refund. If a charge looks wrong, open our Discord before you dispute it with the bank.
